AJAX Vertical and Horizontal Batch Mixers

AJAX batch mixers are custom designed for individual applications covering a wide range of industries and products. Mixers can be horizontal or vertically aligned and can have either paddle, ribbon or combination mixing elements. Careful design of blade or ribbon profiles optimises homogenisation whilst minimising particle attrition.

AJAX have produced batch mixers with heated or cooled jackets, heated or cooled augers and also mixers with integral discharge screws. Capacities range from a few litres to several cubic meters. Materials of construction can be anything from carbon steel to high alloy steels.
